I've noticed this too. The Chip chocolate does seem different from other chocolates, eg, drumsticks which seem to taste more milky.

We do have a No Sugar Added Ice Cream. It does have a sugar substitute and is available in Black Cherry or Vanilla.
We also carry a non dairy product, which is not ice cream. It is our Fresh Fruit Freeze, which is non dairy and very good.
